Purchase agreement

We reserve the right to decline a sale to anyone who does not meet our minimum requirements of a safe and nurturing environment for a wolf pup. Our experience with this type of pet is different in many ways from a normal pet and will require specific living arrangements and diets.

Minimum requirements are as follows:

1. Wolf pups are not house pets or lap dogs and require a fenced property or fenced dog run. You will need to provide proof of access to a fenced yard.
2. A diet of nutritional dog food or cooked meat is healthy for your wolf pup. Raw meat cannot be given to your wolf. Also, fresh water preferred automatic water dispensing device is advised.
3. You will be required to schedule your wolf pup for regular vet checks, including vaccinations.
4. Registration will need to be completed in the first three weeks you bring your wolf dog home.
5. No abuse of any sort, physical or mental.
6. Shaded areas in fenced yard are needed and a must during the long hot summers.
7. Your wolf pup needs a certain type of dog house. A wolf’s instinct is to dig a den or cave to rest and live in. We request for you to purchase a dog igloo. (medium to large). They seem to adapt well and are very compatible in these.
8. Socialization with other dogs is very important at a young age. Your wolf pup must be familiar with domesticated dogs to be able to get along.
9. Other socialization needs would be getting your wolf pup familiar with your family and friends. This is achieved by a lot of interaction.
10. You agree not to chain your wolf pup for any extended period of time. We request that period of time to be no longer than a twelve hour period.
11. We recommend for you to have your wolf pup micro chipped. This is in case your wolf finds himself lost.
